Terms and Conditions for Chico's Barbershop Online Booking System
Welcome to Chico's Barbershop's online booking system. By utilising our booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made through our online system, you will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as proof of your booking.
Payment: All services booked through our online system require upfront payment. By making a booking, you authorise Chico's Barbershop to debit the provided payment method for the amount of the service.
No Refunds: All payments made for bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure you are certain of your booking before finalising payment.
Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. You can reschedule your appointment to another available day and time. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the full duration of your service. However, you will still be charged the full amount for the booked service.
No Shows: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the payment made for that booking.
Service Guarantee: We strive to provide the best service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the service received, please bring it to our attention immediately, and we will do our utmost to address your concerns.
Privacy: Your personal and payment information is secure with us. We will not share, sell, or distribute your information to any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms: Chico's Barbershop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed.
